WHY YOU SHOULD HAVE A WINTER WEDDING IN NEW HAMPSHIRE

Apparently someone caught on to the fact that winter weddings are just as cool as spring, summer, and fall ones. It’s trending and I LOVE it. Some people love snow and all things cold and that’s just fine with me. As I get more and more inquiries for Winter weddings in New Hampshire, I reflect on how much I appreciate that couples are being authentic and designing their wedding around a season that means the most to them and not what works with trends. I love the decor and color palettes of dark winter greens in contrast with bright white flowers. The fur shawls worn by bridesmaids and the heavy wool suits on grooms. There is something to be said about how romantic it is to be cozy and snuggly with your guests and one another. Plaid and Pendelton wool blankets would absolutely be at the center of a winter wedding I was designing. Here are some images from winter weddings at Alnoba in Kensington New Hampshire and Church Landing at Mill Falls in Meredith New Hampshire on Lake Winnipesauke.
