After you sign your custom proposal which will include a contract and invoice, the 30% retainer fee will secure your wedding date in my calendar and we’ll go from there.

To provide my couples with the best results that is true to my style and artistry, I primarily offer full day coverage beginning at $6,000. Most couples invest around $6,800 for single wedding day coverage and $8,000 for wedding weekends. Elopement coverage begins at $3,800.

Every wedding and session is different. I tell a story through your images and try not to overwhelm you, but you have your favorite "sides" I might not know about so I like to include options. For weddings, couples can expect anywhere between 400-800 images. Depending on the type of wedding, size of party goers, and whether or not you have a second shooter will determine a more accurate estimate. DO YOU OFFER ALBUMS AND PRINTS? Through your online gallery, you will have the opportunity to order prints and create your own albums. I strongly believe in printing your images and I offer custom album creating. I do allow clients to print at their place of choice and will give you a release as needed.

If you have to reschedule and I can accommodate the new date we just change the date (simple). If I cannot make the rescheduled date then I would offer you an associate shooter who would come in my place, but I would still be directing them as far as the day of and then all of the editing is done by me. All of your communication, would also still be with me.

YES! I carry general liability insurance and of course all of my equipment is covered. I can provide documentation for venues that need it.

I use other professional photographers who I know and trust. I have a small handful of “go-to” colleagues who I’ve been shooting with for the last 5 years. Even I get to second shoot sometimes!

I know the feeling. This is why it’s so important we have that engagement session (or two) to get the jitters out. I try and keep things fun and lighthearted. I use prompts like “whisper in their ear what you had for breakfast in your best southern accent” instead of posing you and telling you to smile. Also - get a drink or two before our engagement session, it helps!

Most couples book with me 8-18 months in advance. Some dates are more popular than others and I do book out sometimes two years in advance. Once you know your date and venue, reach out and let’s get the ball rolling.

If I haven’t shot at your venue before I will do my research. I’m always scouting and know that in order to do the bang-up job I always do, I have to put the time into the backend prep. I have so many vendor friends I can’t wait to recommend to you. Videographers especially! We work closely during your day so having someone Im familiar working with is an added bonus!
